February 2, 2015, communication from John D. Saltzman demanding that the Lien on his property be immediately removed. Mr. Saltzman is contesting a Municipal Services Benefit Unit Special Assessment Lien that has been placed on the property that he owns located at 603 Ariola Drive, Pensacola Beach, Florida.
