Recommendation Concerning the RESTORE Project Update - Keith T. Wilkins, Community & Environment Department Director

That the Board discuss the RESTORE Project Update that was deferred from the January 15, 2015, Committee of the Whole Agenda to the February 5, 2015, Board of County Commissioners' (BCC) Meeting to provide an update to the BCC on the progress and activities of the RESTORE Advisory Committee and County staff, per the presentation provided.

BACKGROUND:

The RESTORE Project Update was listed on the Committee of the Whole agenda for January 12, 2015. The Board decided to defer this issue to the February 5, 2015, meeting.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

No budgetary impact associated with the RESTORE Project Update presentation.

LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS/SIGN-OFF:

No legal impact associated with the RESTORE Project Update presentation.

PERSONNEL:

No personnel impact relating to the RESTORE Project Update presentation.

POLICY/REQUIREMENT FOR BOARD ACTION:

The RESTORE Project Update will provide information on the progress and activities of the RESTORE Advisory Committee and County staff.

IMPLEMENTATION/COORDINATION:

County staff will continue to work with the RESTORE Advisory Committee and keep the Board and Administration updated as needed.
