RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #055 - Stephan Hall, Management and Budget Services Interim Department Director

That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #055, Library Fund (113), in the amount of $79,698, to recognize additional Grant funds, and to increase the Cost Center balance in the State Aid to Libraries Grant, since the actual Grant amount was more than budgeted.

BACKGROUND:

West Florida Public Library was awarded the additional grant funds for the State Aid to Libraries Grant. The Grant was budgeted for $112,000. However, the actual grant was awarded for $191,698 meaning a $79,698 increase is needed to correct the center center balance.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

The amendment will increase Fund 113 by $79,698.
