RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Request for Disposition of Property for the Board of County Commissioners - Jack R. Brown, County Administrator

That the Board approve the Request for Disposition of Property Form for the Board of County Commissioners, indicating two items to be auctioned as surplus property or properly disposed of, as stated on the Disposition Form.

BACKGROUND:

Florida Statutes requires the Board of County Commissioners to declare surplus all assets listed on the County's fixed asset inventory list that will be disposed of.
