RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Budget Amendment #033 - Stephan Hall, Management and Budget Services Interim Department Director

That the Board ratify Budget Amendment #033, Local Option Sales Tax Fund (352), in the amount of $75,000, to allocate funds for furnishings at the new 4-H Facility on Stefani Road.

BACKGROUND:

On April 29, 2014, the Board agreed to provide $75,000 for furnishings for the new 4-H Facility on Stefani Road. This amendment allocates funds from Local Option Sales Tax Fund reserves, and the reserves will be reimbursed when fund balances are brought forward into the current fiscal year in January.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

This amendment reduces Fund 352 reserves while increasing Fund 352 capital by $75,000. The reserves will be reimbursed when fund balances are brought forward into the current fiscal year.
