RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning the Chairman's Commissioner Appointment to the Value Adjustment Board for 2014 - Jack R. Brown, County Administrator

That the Board approve the Chairman's appointment of Commissioner Underhill to the Value Adjustment Board, effective December 11, 2014, through December 31, 2014, to serve the remaining term of former County Commissioner Valentino.

BACKGROUND:

Two Commissioners are appointed by the Chairman each year to serve on the Value Adjustment Board (VAB). Commissioner May appointed Commissioner Barry and Commissioner Valentino to serve during Calendar Year 2014. Since the next VAB Meeting is scheduled for December 16, 2014, it is necessary to appoint a Commissioner to serve the remaining 2014 term of former Commissioner Valentino.
