| RECOMMENDATION: |
Recommendation Concerning Clarifying the Board's Agreement with Statecraft, LLC - Keith Wilkins, Community & Environment Department Director
That the Board approve the request by Statecraft, LLC, to include up to $500 per month for travel expenses that was included in the Proposed Scope of Services that William "Bill" Williams submitted as backup to the RESTORE Agreement that the Board approved on Monday, November 17, 2014.

| BACKGROUND: |
| On Monday, November 17, 2014, the Board approved a Contract with Statecraft, LLC, (William "Bill" Williams), in the amount of $2,000 per month to provide for the strategic development of RESTORE and additional task as assigned. Travel expenses, in the amount up to $500 per month, are requested by Statecraft, LLC, as outlined in their proposed scope of work. |
| BUDGETARY IMPACT: |
| The funding will come from the Board's Non-Departmental Account, Fund 001, Cost Center 110201, Object Code 53101 instead of Community and Environment's Economic Development Fund 102, Cost Center 360704, Object Code 53101. |
| LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS/SIGN-OFF: |
| The County Attorney's Office, upon the Board's approval, will amend the contract between Escambia County and Statecraft, LLC, to include the funding for travel expenses. |

| This recommendation is in compliance with the Code of Ordinances of Escambia County, Florida, 1999, Chapter 46, Article III, Purchases and Contracts. |
| IMPLEMENTATION/COORDINATION: |
| Community and Environment will coordinate with the County Attorney's Office and the County Administrator's Office as necessary to implement this contract with Statecraft, LLC. |
