RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Amendment to the Agreement for Inmate Food Service - Stephan Hall, Management and Budget Services Interim Department Director

That the Board, approve and authorize the Chairman to sign, an Amendment to the Agreement for Inmate Food Service, PD 13-14.065, to establish the term of the Contract to begin April 1, 2015.

BACKGROUND:

All interested parties met to establish April 1, 2015 as the start date for the term Contract.

LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS/SIGN-OFF:

Assistant County Attorney Kristin Hual prepared the Contract Amendment.

PERSONNEL:

POLICY/REQUIREMENT FOR BOARD ACTION:

This recommendation is in compliance with the Escambia County, FL Code of Ordinance, Chapter 46, Article II, Purchases and Contracts.

IMPLEMENTATION/COORDINATION:

The Office of Purchasing will distribute the Contract Amendment.
