RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation Concerning an Allocation for the 2015 Gulf Coast Summer Festival - Commissioner Gene M. Valentino, District 2

That the Board approve allocating $10,000, for the 2015 Gulf Coast Summer Festival, from District 2's discretionary funds, to be paid from the 4th Cent Tourist Promotion Fund (108), Cost Center 360105, and authorize the execution of the necessary Purchase Order.
BACKGROUND:
The $10,000 allocation of funds will be used towards the following:

A. Payment to Santa Rosa Island Authority or Pensacola Interstate Fair Ground for use of Venue for the 2015 Gulf Coast Summer Festival; and/or

B. Payment for security for the 2015 Gulf Coast Summer Festival; and/or

C. Payment for Weather and Liability Insurance for the 2015 Gulf Coast Summer Festival.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:
Funds are available in the Fiscal Year 2014/20105 Budget.
