Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #020 - Amy Lovoy, Management and Budget Services Department Director

That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #020, Other Grants and Projects Fund (110), in the amount of $9,865, to recognize proceeds from the State-Funded Subgrant Agreement Contract Number 15-CP-11-01-27-01-XXX between the State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management and Escambia County, and to appropriate these funds for updating the Hazardous Materials Facility Analysis Data.

BACKGROUND:

On October 9, 2014, the Board approved State-Funded Subgrant Agreement Contract Number 15-CP-11-01-27-01-XXX between the State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management and Escambia County in the amount of $9,865. Funds will be used to update the Hazardous Materials Facility Analysis Data.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

This amendment will increase Fund 110 by $9,865.
