That the Board take the following action concerning Minutes and Reports prepared by the Clerk to the Board's Office:

A. Approve the Minutes of the Regular Board Meeting held June 3, 2014;

B. Accept, for filing with the Board's Minutes, the Report of the Agenda Work Session held June 3, 2014; and
