That the Board award a Contract, PD 13-14.047, for the Southwest Greenway 3rd Extension, to Birkshire-Johnstone, LLC, in the base bid amount of $265,291.50.

| The solicitation was advertised in the Pensacola News Journal April 4th, 2012. Four bids were received. Birkshire-Johnstone, LLC was the lowest, most responsive, responsible bidder. |
