The parties reached a mutual, amicable settlement in the related civil matter.  Notice was received via Complainant/Homeowner's counsel that the homeowner is satisfied and desires not to pursue and/or actively participate in actions before the Contractor Competency Board ("CCB") should the CCB decide to pursue this matter further. 
The matter is not scheduled for any action until further direction by the Contractor Competency Board and has been set for call pending the outcome of Board discussion/direction.
