  • Report from ECAT describing the process ECAT uses to determine whether or not the routes are meeting the anticipated numbers (service/revenue, etc.). ECAT to go back 24 months and look at all routes that have had adjustments and show why they do or don’t keep the routes – Herold Humphrey
