Recommendation Concerning Contract PD 16-17.081, General Paving and Drainage Pricing Agreement for the Engineering Department - Joy Jones, P.E., Engineering Department Director
That the Board, for Fiscal Year 2019/2020, amend its actions of October 17, 2019, December 5, 2019, and February 20, 2020, to add the following Cost Center on Contract PD 16-17.081 General Paving and Drainage Pricing Agreement: Fund 353, LOST IV Discretionary Fund, Cost Center 110102.

BACKGROUND:
The issuance of these Purchase Orders is necessary to ensure continuity of services traditionally provided by the Board of County Commissioners to the citizens of Escambia County. Approval of this Cost Center will allow BCC approved discretionary funds to be used on the PD16-17.081, General Paving and Drainage Pricing Agreement.
This Recommendation will grant the Engineering Department the authority to continue to issue Purchase Orders and continue to construct projects under this Contract, up to the previous Board-approved (December 5, 2019, and February 20, 2020) $250,000 limit established for each project.
