Recommendation Concerning the OLF8 Master Plan Request for Proposals - J. Taylor “Chips” Kirschenfeld, Director, Department of Natural Resources Management
That the Board take the following action regarding the OLF8 Master Plan Request for Proposals (RFP):
A. Approve the OLF8 Master Plan RFP Scope of Work;
B. Authorize staff to begin the solicitation process through the Office of Purchasing; and
C. Authorize staff to shortlist responses to no more than three firms (not ranked) to bring to the Board for review, ranking, and selection.
BACKGROUND:
At its regular meeting on September 20, 2018, the Board authorized staff to prepare a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the OLF8 Master Plan.
As directed, staff has prepared the OLF8 Master Plan RFP Scope of Work for Board approval. Item “C” of this recommendation authorizes staff to shortlist no more than three firms to bring to the Board for review, ranking, and selection.
BUDGETARY IMPACT:
No budgetary impact associated with this recommendtion, however, funding will be available from the OLF8 RESTORE Direct Component (Pot 1) project once approved by the U.S. Department of Treasury.
