	A.		Welcome Ms. Karen Wright to the IFAB. The Board of County Commissioners (BCC) of June 20, 2013, accepted the nomination of Karen P. Wright to fill the unexpired term of James P. 'Jim' Harris. A welcome letter from the BCC was sent to Ms. Wright on June 24, 2013. Also a letter of appreciation from the BCC was sent to Mr. Harris thanking him for his years of service to the community as a member of the IFAB.

	B.		Report from Sue Garrett, Secretary to the Contractor Competency Board (CCB), regarding a list of all local licenses and their types. Also, discussion on the feasibility of discontinuing contractor licensing at the local level.

	C.		Status of transfering the ADA fuctions from Site Inspectors to the Building Inspectors.

	D.		Status of BID returning to departmental status.

	E.		Additional discussion regarding the issuance of re-inpsection fees for the Electrical Section.

	F.		Update regarding the Clerk of Courts recording Notices of Commencement at COC.

	G.		Follow up regarding the Board's motion that a letter be sent to the Interim County Administrator expressing interest in the selection of the new Building Official and that a member of the construction industry be included on the selection committee.
