RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #237 - Stephan Hall, Budget Manager, Management & Budget Services

That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #237, Library Fund (113), in the amount of $28,144, to recognize the donation from The Friends of the West Florida Public Library, and to appropriate these funds into the Library Donations Cost Center to be used to support and promote the Escambia County Library.

BACKGROUND:

The Library has received a donation from the Friends of the West Florida Public Library to be used in acquiring items to be used to support and promote the Library operations for patrons. $28,144 will be placed into the Friends Donation cost center for these purchases.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

This Amendment will increase the Library Fund (113) by $28,144.
