RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Quintette Road Extension Project.

That the Board discuss and consider adopting the proposed MOU that provides for a public-private partnership for a limited extension of Quintette Road.

BACKGROUND:

Woodland Hills Subdivision is a 316-lot development being planned for the area west of Highway 29 and south of what will be the extension of Quintette Road. This agreement with the Developer will allow the parties to jointly share in the responsibilities of improving and adding County infrastructure in the Sector Plan area. As the partnership adds to the County roadway system, §336.71, Fla. Stat. allows for a public-private partnership agreement.
