RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning the Request for Disposition of Property for the County Attorney's Office.

That the Board approve the Request for Disposition of Property Form for the County Attorney's Office for property which is described and listed on the Request Form, with reason for disposition stated. The item has been found to be unserviceable and no longer working.

BACKGROUND:

Escambia County policy establishes the procedures for disposing of surplus or obsolete equipment. This policy and procedure is in accordance with Florida Statute 274.06.
