That the Board approve and authorize the County Administrator to execute Change Order #1 to Purchase Order #200451, to Tech Care X-Ray, LLC, for X-Ray and ultrasound services for the Escambia County Jail:

BACKGROUND:

Tech Care X-Ray, LLC, provides X-Ray and ultrasound services for inmates at the Escambia County Jail. Additional funds are need in order to provide these service for Fiscal Year 2020.

Funding is available in Fund 001, General Fund, Cost Center 290402.

Upon Board approval, a Change Order will be submitted to the Office of Purchasing for processing.
