RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #174 - Amy Lovoy, Management and Budget Services Department Director

That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #174, Other Grants and Projects Fund (110) in the amount of $31,001, to recognize additional Grant funds from the Office of the State Courts Administrator (OSCA), and to appropriate these funds for Drug Court Treatment Services in Escambia County.

BACKGROUND:

The Escambia County Court System has received additional grant funds from OSCA for drug court treatments services. These funds will be used in Escambia County for individuals that take part in the programs.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

This amendment will increase Fund 110 by $31,001.
