RECOMMENDATION:

Proclamation.

Recommendation: That the Board ratify the Proclamation dated June 4, 2013, honoring and congratulating Mrs. Alyce Rebecca Williams Henderson on reaching the age of 100 and extending best wishes to her for continued good health and happiness.

BACKGROUND:

Various departments, outside agencies, special interest groups, civic and religious organizations in recognition of specific events, occasions, people, etc., request Proclamations.

Information provided on the Proclamation is furnished by the requesting party and placed in the proper acceptable format for BCC approval by the County Administration staff. Board approval is required by Board Policy Section I, A (6).
