BACKGROUND:
The current copier at Extension is a Konica Minolta Bizhub C350, Property Number 53392. The copier was acquired from County Administration back in Feb 2010. It was originally ordered in 2004 by IT for Facilities Management at a cost of $8,825. The cost per copy has gone up each year since 2010—current cost per copy for B/W is $.019030 and Color is $.131770. With the lease equipment, the cost per copy will be stabilized for the term of the 60-month lease—B/W at $.0075 and Color at $.0480. The equipment lease amount will be $172.33 per month. There is a projected net savings of approximately $4,400 over the course of the 60-month lease term.
