Recommendation Concerning the OLF-8 Task 1 Update - Janice P. Gilley, County Administrator

That the Board receive the presentation from DPZ concerning the former Navy Outlying Landing Field Eight (OLF-8) Master plan update and discuss next steps.

BACKGROUND:

At the Committee of the Whole on May 14, 2020, DPZ conducted the kick-off presentation to the Board of County Commissioners for the master planning for the former Navy Outlying Landing Field Eight (OLF-8). Subsequently, the firm has performed an initial market and fiscal analysis, and has defined the Public Engagement Plan. The presentation will include timelines, charrette schedules and transportation considerations.
