| RECOMMENDATION: |
Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #203, 2020 FTA Grant FL-2020-052-00, Tonya Ellis, Mass Transit Department Director - Amber McClure, Chief Budget Officer, Management and Budget Services
That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #203, Mass Transit Fund (104) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Capital Projects Fund, in the amount of $207,445, to recognize the difference between what was budgeted in the current year and the amount of the actual award for FTA Grant FL-2020-052-00, and to appropriate these funds for operating and capital expenses as indicated below.

| BACKGROUND: |
| Escambia County Area Transit (ECAT) was awarded FTA Grant FL-2020-052-00 from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), in the amount of $3,648,678. The budgeted amount for Fiscal Year 2020 Operating was $3,441,233. This Supplemental Budget Amendment will adjust the Operating assistance budgeted in Fund 104, as well as recognize the $302,601 which was not budgeted in Fund 320. |
| BUDGETARY IMPACT: |
This Amendment will decrease Fund 104 by $95,156 and increase Fund 320 by $302,601.
