Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #200, Law Enforcement Trust Fund, Henrique Dias, Sheriff's Department Chief Finance Officer - Amber McClure, Chief Budget Officer, Management and Budget Services
That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #200, Law Enforcement Trust Fund (121), in the amount of $40,000, to recognize additional revenues from various law enforcement activities, and to appropriate these funds into the Sheriff's Law Enforcement Trust (LET) Fund Budget, pursuant to Florida Statute 932.7055, to pay vouchers submitted for payment to various outside agencies and related Law Enforcement activities for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2019/2020.

BACKGROUND:
Per F.S. 932.7055, certain law enforcement activities generate a revenue stream that must be appropriated into the Law Enforcement Trust to be expended by the Sheriff. These funds support various law enforcement related activities in Escambia County.
BUDGETARY IMPACT:
This Amendment will increase Fund 121 by $40,000.
