BACKGROUND:
Meeting in regular session on September 20, 2018, the Board approved Purchase Order 190332 with Brodart to be executed by utilizing the Florida Services State Contract for Library Materials #715-001-07-01, for the purchase of library materials.
This change order will increase the Purchase Order by $22,000 to enable Library Services to continue to serve Escambia County.
BUDGETARY IMPACT:
Funds for this are available in Fund 113, Cost Center 110501 (Operations), Account 56601 (Books/Publicat/Libr. Mat).

POLICY/REQUIREMENT FOR BOARD ACTION:
This Recommendation is in compliance with the provisions of the Code of Ordinances of Escambia County, Florida, Chapter 46, Finance, Article II, Purchasing and Contracts.
IMPLEMENTATION/COORDINATION:
Upon approval of this Recommendation, a Change Order will be transmitted to the Office of Purchasing for processing.
