RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation Concerning Equipment Acquisition Agreements with CPC Office Technologies - Eric Kleinert , Human Resources Department Director

That the Board take the following action regarding Equipment Acquisition Agreements with CPC Office Technologies for the Human Resources Department:

A. Approve the Equipment Acquistion Agreement with CPC Office Technologies for the purchase of a new Sharp MX-5070V Multi-Functional System Copier; and

B. Approve the Equipment Acquisition Agreement with CPC Office Technologies to amend the current maintenance Contract.
BACKGROUND:
The Human Resources Department currently utilizes one Mult-Functional copier. An increase in the need for maintenance on the existing Multi Functional copier has prompted the purchase of a new Multi Functional copier for the Human Resources Department.

In addition the purchase of a new Multi Functional copier, the current copier's maintenance Contract will be amended to reduce the current base price from $202.94 to $100.00 monthly, as well as changes to the allotted pages of color and black copies.
BUDGETARY IMPACT:
Funds are available in Fund 001 General Fund, Cost Center 150101 Human Resources, Account 56401 Machinery and Equipment.
