RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #203 - Stephan Hall, Budget Manager, Management and Budget Services

That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #203, Other Grants and Projects Fund (110), in the amount of $11,915, to recognize proceeds from the State-Funded Subgrant Agreement Contract Number 19-CP-11-01-27-01-105-XXX between the State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management and Escambia County, and to appropriate these funds for updating the Hazardous Materials Facility Analysis Data.

BACKGROUND:

On September 6, 2018, it is anticipated the Board will approved State-Funded Subgrant Agreement Contract Number 19-CP-11-01-27-01-105-XXX between the State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management and Escambia County in the amount of $11,915. Funds will be used to update the Hazardous Materials Facility Analysis Data for the period ending June 30, 2019 to include the capital purchase of a drone.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

This amendment will increase Fund 110 by $11,915. There is no match requirement.
