RECOMMENDATION:

5:48 p.m. - Cancellation of a Public Hearing Concerning the Review of an Ordinance Amending the Design Standards Manual, Chapter 1, and Land Development Code, Chapter 6, Definitions

That the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) cancel the 5:48 p.m., Public Hearing scheduled to review and adopt an Ordinance amending the Design Standards Manual (DSM), Chapter 1, Engineering, concerning stormwater ponds, stormwater management plans, roadway designs, removing density bonuses and Land Development Code (LDC), Chapter 6, Definitions, adding a definition for conveyance systems.

BACKGROUND:

The Ordinance was previously consented on August 2, 2018, and advertised on July 23, 2018, for the August 7, 2018, Planning Board (PB) Meeting and the September 6, 2018, BCC Meeting. The Planning Board Meeting ended before the public hearing could be heard. This item will be placed on the September 4, 2018, Planning Board Meeting agenda.
