RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #223 - Stephan Hall, Budget Manager, Management and Budget Services

That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #223, General Fund (001), in the amount of $28,225, to recognize the Sheriff's off-duty officer, auto repairs, Public records actions and miscellaneous reimbursements/fees and to appropriate these funds back into the Sheriff's Administrative Budget to offset operational expenses.

BACKGROUND:

The Sheriff's Department has received off-duty officer, auto repairs, Public Records actions and miscellaneous costs reimbursements/fees associated with providing law enforcement and services in Escambia County. An appropriation of $28,225 will be placed back into the Sheriff's General Fund Budget to off-set programmatic costs.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

This Amendment will increase Fund 001 (General Fund) by $28,225.
