RECOMMENDATION:

5:48 p.m. - Cancellation of a Public Hearing Concerning the Review of an Ordinance Amending the Design Standards Manual, Chapter 1 and Land Development Code, Chapter 6, Definitions

That the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) cancel the 5:48 p.m., Public Hearing scheduled to review and adopt an Ordinance amending the Design Standards Manual (DSM), Chapter 1 and Land Development Code (LDC), Chapter 6, Definitions.

BACKGROUND:

The public hearing was not heard by the Planning Board on September 4, 2018, due to the lack of a quorum.
