Recommendation Concerning the Issuance of Fiscal Year 2018/2019 Purchase Orders in Excess of $50,000, for the Facilities Management Department - Robert E. Dye,  Facilities Management Interim Department Director

That the Board, for the Fiscal Year 2018/2019, approve the issuance of blanket and/or individual Purchase Orders in excess of $50,000, based upon previously-awarded Contracts, Contractual Agreements, or annual requirements for the Facilities Management Department, as follows:

BACKGROUND:
The issuance of these Purchase Orders during the first week of October 2018 is necessary to ensure continuity of services traditionally provided by the Board of County Commissioners to the citizens of Escambia County.
BUDGETARY IMPACT:
Funds are available in the Budget under General Fund (001), Cost Center 310203 Facilities Management/Maintenance and 310202 Facilities Management/Custodial; & Library Fund (113), Cost Center 110502, Library/Maintenance.
