RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning the Town of Century's acceptance letter regarding Escambia County Ordinance No. 2018-19 to provide natural gas utility services to certain areas in Northern Escambia County.

That the Board accept the filing of the attached letter dated May 3, 2018, from the Town of Century's Mayor, Henry Hawkins regarding Escambia County Ordinance No. 2018-19 to provide natural gas utility services to certain areas of Northern Escambia County.

BACKGROUND:

The Board adopted Escambia County Ordinance 2018-19 on April 17, 2018. Section 11, Acceptance of Grantee, the ordinance and Grantee's acceptance of it shall be filed as an interlocal agreement with the Escambia County Clerk of Court.
