RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #180 - Stephan Hall, Budget Manager, Management and Budget Services

That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #180, Master Drainage Basin Fund (181), in the amount of ($530,431), to reflect an adjustment to the Fund Balance due to a calculation error that overstated the available funds, and to appropriate this adjustment in the Fiscal Year 2017/2018 Master Drainage Basin Cost Center Budgets.

BACKGROUND:

The Master Drainage Basin Fund Balance needs to be adjusted to correct an overstated fund balance appropriated for FY2017/18. SBA#180 makes this adjustment to Fund 181 and correct the available fund balance accordingly.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

The amendment will decrease Fund 181 by $530,431.
