RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation Concerning the Award of a Purchase Order for Three 2020 Ford F-150 4WD Super Cab XL Pickup Trucks for the Building Services Department - Tim Tolbert, Director, Building Services Department

That the Board take the following action:

A. Authorize the use of the Florida Department of Management Services State Term Contract No. 25100000-19-1 for Motor Vehicles; and

B. Award and authorize the County Administrator to sign a Purchase Order, in excess of $25,000, for three 2020 Ford F-150 4WD Super Cab XL Pickup Trucks (Model X1E) to Asbury Jax Ford, LLC d/b/a Coggin Ford (Vendor #424713) in the amount of $78,948.

BACKGROUND:
On June 10, 2020, the Fleet Division of the Public Works Department requested a quote for three 2020 Ford F-150 4WD Super Cab XL Pickup Trucks (Model X1E) on behalf of the Building Services Department, from Ashbury Jax Ford, LLC d/b/a Coggin Ford, which is the supplier for our region under the Florida Department of Management Services State Term Contract No. 25100000-19-1 for Motor Vehicles. Ashbury Jax Ford, LLC d/b/a Coggin Ford, responded with a respective quote of $78,948 ($24,276 for the base vehicle price, plus $2,040 for added Manufaturer's Options per vehicle).

The Office of Purchasing will issue the Purchase Order.
