| RECOMMENDATION: |
Recommendation Concerning Service Level Agreement and Terms of Service Agreement with ROK Technologies, LLC, for Map Services Hosting - Horace Jones, Director, Development Services through Paul Nobles, Purchasing Manager, Office of Purchasing
That the Board take the following action:
A. Approve the Service Level Agreement and Terms of Service Agreement with ROK Technologies, LLC, for Map Services Hosting, in the amount of $12,600 annually, for a 24 month term commencing retroactively on October 1, 2019, and expiring on September 30, 2021; and
B. Authorize the County Administrator to execute the Agreements.

| BACKGROUND: |
ROK Technologies, LLC, currently provides interactive map services and address report tool hosting for the County’s website by maintaining off-site data storage and web map services for routine staff and public reporting as well as during approaching storms and other potential hazards. The initial Agreement is for a 12 month term commencing retroactively on October 1, 2019, and expiring on September 30, 2020. The total fee of $12,600 is paid on a monthly basis, at a rate of $1,050.
Pursuant to paragraph 7, if the service is terminated for convenience by the County prior to the expiration of the term, the County will be subject to an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remainder of the term, and termination within 60 days of the expiration of the term will be subject to a fee equal to the remainder of the term. |
