RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #204 - Stephan Hall, Budget Manager, Management and Budget Services

That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #204, Escambia Restricted Fund (101), in the amount of $6,750, to recognize anticipated reimbursements the County will be receiving from the Southeastern States Manhunt Field Trial Teams at the Road Prison, where 30 teams will participate and will pay $225 per team, and to appropriate these funds for the related operational expenses that will support this event.

BACKGROUND:

The Road Prison will be receiving reimbursements for the Southeastern States Manhunt Field Trials. They expect 30 teams to participate and will pay $225 per team. This Supplemental Budget Amendment is recognizing the $6,750, which is anticipated to be collected for the Field Trials. These funds will be used to cover operational activities associated with this event.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

This Amendment will increase Fund 101 by $6,750.
