| RECOMMENDATION: |
Recommendation Concerning the Agreement for Corrections Uniforms - Paul Nobles, Purchasing Manager, Office of Purchasing
That the Board approve and authorize the County Administrator to sign the Agreement between Escambia County, Florida, and Galls, LLC, per the terms and conditions of PD 18-19.048, Corrections Uniforms, in the anticipated annual amount of $103,717.

| BACKGROUND: |
| This solicitation is to replace an expiring contract. Invitation to Bids, PD 18-19.048, was advertised in the Pensacola News Journal on May 1, 2019. 137 notifications were sent out notifying firms of this solicitations. 36 firms downloaded the solicitation (two Minority, six Women Owned Small Businesses, and one Veteran Owned Small Business). The bid opening was held on May 15, 2019. Only one submission was received from Galls, LLC, the current provider. |
