Recommendation Concerning the Discussion of the Navy Outlying Landing Field Land Exchange Between Naval Air Station Whiting and Escambia County - Joy D. Blackmon, P.E., Public Works Department Director

That the Board discuss the following items concerning the Navy Outlying Landing Field (NOLF) Land Exchange between Naval Air Station (NAS) Whiting and Escambia County:

A. Current status of construction;

B. Cost estimates and remaining costs including actual land swap and Navy concessions; and

C. Letter to Engineer of Record and Site Contractor regarding Change Order due to topographic error.
