On August 24, 2018, a Purchase Order was issued to Chavers Construction, Inc, in the amount of $235,184.32, on Contract PD 16-17.081 "Paving and Drainage Agreement". This Phase I if the project includes but is not limited to installation of approximately 1000 linear feet of underdrain, removal and replacement of approximately 1000 linear feet of sidewalk, removal and replacement of curb and gutter and driveway, connection of an existing stormwater facilities into the new system, finish grading, and sod.
This Change Order #1, is in the amount of $95,734.83. During construction, conflicts with utilities along the roadway required the new storm connection to be shifted to the center of Stillbridge Lane. Phase II of the project was planned to resurface this portion of the roadway at a later date. A portion of Phase II will fund this Change Order for Phase I to stabilize the roadway while acquisitition continues for Phase II.
