RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #051 - Stephan Hall, Budget Manager, Management and Budget Services

That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #051, Mass Transit Fund (104), in the amount of $26,122, to recognize proceeds from the Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged for the Local Program Administrative Support Grant, and to appropriate these funds to pay West Florida Regional Planning Council, who is the planning agency in the service area.

BACKGROUND:

The Board approved on August 2, 2018 the Local Program Administrative Support Grant Application and Agreement with the Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged. This provides for the accomplishment of the local program administrative support duties and responsibilities as set forth in Chapter 427, Florida Statutes, Rule 41-2, Florida Administrative Code. The Board as the Grantee shall accomplish these duties and responsibilities through an agreement with the Commission's approved designated official planing agency for its respective service area. Escambia County entered into such an agreement with West Florida Regional Planning Council.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

This amendment will increase Fund 104 by $26,122.
