RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning the Request for Disposition of Property for the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller - Pam Childers, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller

That the Board approve the three Request for Disposition of Property Forms for the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, for property which is to be auctioned or disposed of properly, all of which is described and listed on the Forms with the Agency and reason stated.

The equipment being disposed is either broken or obsolete and is to be audtioned or recycled.
