RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation Concerning the Request for Disposition Property for the Office of the Court Administrator - Robin Wright, Court Administrator
 
That the Board approve the Request for Disposition of Property Form for the Court Administrator’s Office; the property descriptions and reasons for disposal are stated on the spreadsheet attached to the Disposition Form.  Documentation has been provided to explain the reasons for the items listed.  One item listed was not found at the time of this inventory, but if the item is located in the future, it will be reinstated with the Board of County Commissioners.
BACKGROUND:
IT equipment purchased from Article 5 Funding by Office of the Court Administrator.

Approved by Craig Van Brussel, Court Technology Officer for the Office of the Court Administrator.

POLICY/REQUIREMENT FOR BOARD ACTION:
In compliance with FS 274.07 and BCC Policy B-1, 2, Section ll, Procedures for the Disposition of County Property.
IMPLEMENTATION/COORDINATION:
Items have no residual value other than scrap. Recommend Escambia County pick up items for disposal/destruction. Please contact Patt Ormerod at 595-4406 to schedule pickup.
