Recommendation Concerning the Funding Allocation to New Beginnings Publishing - Commissioner Lumon May, District 3
That the Board approve the Funding Allocation of $1,500 from Commissioner Lumon May’s Discretionary Fund to New Beginnings Publishing 28th Anniversary Year Celebration and Awards Program.

BACKGROUND:
The event will honor business, civic and community organizations who make a difference in the lives of others in our community. The ceremony will be on Friday, November 1, 2019, 2610 West Cervantes Street, Pensacola, Florida 32505.
BUDGETARY IMPACT:
As part of the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Budget approved by the Board, each Commissioner received $50,000 to use at their discretion.
