RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Community Redevelopment Agency Grant Analysis - Tonya Gant, Neighborhood & Human Services Department Director

That the Board review for any modifications and provide guidance to the existing CRA Grant Programs as needed.

BACKGROUND:

On July 19, 2018, the CRA Board requested CRA staff to bring back a report that analyzed the CRA Grant Programs. Attached are copies the CRA Grant Programs applications and guidelines.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

No budgetary impact is anticipated.

LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS/SIGN-OFF:

Legal consideration is not necessary for this recommendation.

PERSONNEL:

No additional personnel is necessary.

POLICY/REQUIREMENT FOR BOARD ACTION:

IMPLEMENTATION/COORDINATION:

If there are Board actions to the existing CRA Grant Programs, staff will proceed with implementations.
