RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation Concerning the Request for Disposition of Property for Court Administration - Will Moore, Chief Deputy Court Administrator
 
That the Board approve the Request for Disposition of Property Form for the Court Administration Office, for property that has far exceeded the manufacturer's warranty and is past it's end of life.  Some equipment is not operational and is now no longer of use to the department.
BACKGROUND:
IT equipment purchased from Article 5 funding by the Office of the Court Administrator, Robin Wright.

POLICY/REQUIREMENT FOR BOARD ACTION:
In compliance with FS 274.07 and BCC Policy B-1, 2, Section ll, Procedures for Disposition of County Property.
IMPLEMENTATION/COORDINATION:
Items have no residual value other than scrap. Recommend Escambia County pick up items for disposal/destruction. Please contact Patt Ormerod at 595-4406 to schedule pickup.
