Recommendation Concerning a Change Order to Blue Arbor, Inc. - Tonya Gant, Neighborhood & Human Services Department Director

That the Board approve and authorize the County Administrator to execute the following Change Order #1 to Blue Arbor, Inc., adding funds for Contractual Services, Community Center Workers:

BACKGROUND:
Upon review of the Purchase Order, it has been determined that an additional $4,233.23 is projected to cover the remaining costs to compensate temporary Community Center Workers associated with the after school program. This Purchase Order was created to compensate summer camp workers for the summer of 2017, but was re-budgeted and utilized to also compensate after school workers.
BUDGETARY IMPACT:
Funds are available in Fund 352, LOST III, Cost Center 370106. Community Centers

POLICY/REQUIREMENT FOR BOARD ACTION:
This recommendation is in compliance with the provisions of the Code of Ordinances of Escambia County, Florida, Chapter 46, Finance, Article II, Purchase and Contracts.
IMPLEMENTATION/COORDINATION:
Upon approval of this recommendation, a Change Order will be transmitted to the Office of Purchasing for processing.
