RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #059 - Stephan Hall, Budget Manager, Management and Budget Services

That the Board adopt the Resolution approving SBA #059, Other Grants and Projects Fund (110), in the amount of $48,711, to recognize proceeds from the Florida Department of Health, and to appropriate these funds for the improvement and expansion of pre-hospital Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in Escambia County.

BACKGROUND:

Escambia County Public Safety has received grant proceeds from a Florida Department of Health EMS County Grant Application. Funds have been awarded in the amount of $48,711 for the improvement and expansion of pre-hospital Emergency Medical Services.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

This amendment will increase Fund 110 (Other Grants and Projects Fund) by $48,711.
